1. Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return unstitched fabric within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or fabric issues, subject to stock availability. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.
3. How to Return or Exchange
Email us at support@megicloth.com or use the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Stitched, customized, or used fabrics are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
